We specialize in government programs, and have done so for years.  These mortgages are best originated, processed and underwritten by experienced personnel.  Too many people are 'venturing' into the government loan market with little training and no experience.  This often leads to a frustrating experience for the customer.  If you are interested in a government insured mortgage, then you must demand a well-seasoned government loan expert.
