I would like to welcome you to the FHA-NOW website!  FHA-NOW has become part of ENG Lending, the mortgage division of the Bank of England, AR.  As an FDIC bank, we are able to provide mortgages in 48 states, in addition to providing years of experience to all applicants.

What do we do BEST?  Government lending programs: FHA, USDA and VA mortgages.  These products demand experienced loan officers, processors and underwriters.  At ENG Lending, that is what we pride ourselves on the most.    

In the 'old days' of mortgage lending - like last year - most brokers and loan officers avoided government programs like the plague.  This was primarily because they did not understand the programs, and they could not make the 'big money' on them.  Since the meltdown of the conforming and subprime loan markets, government mortgages have become the hottest products around.  The result is, the same people who did not understand them before, still do not understand them now, but they are out there plugging them and hoping they can get them closed, often with disasterous results for the client.

Avoid the frustration and doubt when you apply for a government-backed mortgage by using an experienced, chartered bank and experienced loan officers - like you will find at ENG Lending and the Bank of England.
