Who are we?

FHA-NOW is the mortgage website of ENG Lending, Branch 25, of the Bank of England, AR. We are an FDIC bank, founded in 1898, and we provide mortgages in 49 states, usually completely over the internet or through overnight courier.

All of our staff members have extensive backgrounds in mortgage lending, and we are highly efficient at online mortgage services. Most of our clients find working with a smaller, online lender to be less of a hassle than dealing with a local bank (often at higher rates).

We specialize primarily in government programs: FHA, USDA and VA mortgages. These products demand experienced loan officers, processors, underwriters and closers. Our level of experience with these products, and our control of the process from start through closing, is rarely found at the local level.

Avoid the frustration and doubt when you apply for a mortgage by using an experienced, FDIC bank and experienced loan officers - like you will find at ENG Lending and the Bank of England.
